Before You Apply
- Create a CMRD account and log in
- Complete your IRB researcher profile with institution details and CV
- Prepare all required documents in PDF format
- Pay the submission fee (if applicable) before final submission

Review Types
Exempt
Minimal risk studies qualifying for exemption.
Expedited
Low-to-moderate risk studies reviewed by one or more reviewers.
Full Board
Higher risk studies requiring full committee review.
